Jefferson High School’s 9th Annual Multicultural Film

The North Portland Neighborhood Library is proud to co-sponor Jefferson High School’s 9th Annual Multicultural Film Festival. The theme for this year’s festival is: “Challenge Points: Equity, Economy, Ecology, Sustainability”.
